Canadian Dance Champions Zack Richard and Maryse Lebeau are world renowned instructors of Balboa, Lindy Hop, and Charleston . They are based in Montreal , where they run Swing ConneXion. They also travel frequently, teaching in Europe as well as Canada and the US (including The Balboa Rendezvous, San Francisco Bal-fest, and All Balboa Camp Detroit). Everywhere these instructors go, they bring their unique style of dance with them.

They have also served as professional coaches, and on many occasions have pushed their teams and individual dancers to incredible achievements. The results speak for themselves: at the Canadian Swing Championships in 2006, dancers trained by Zack and Maryse (and also Zack and Maryse themselves!) dominated the podiums during the whole competition. They and their dancers were also much on the podium at ALHC this October.

Zack is above all a dancer of style, improvisation and explosive creativity. It is no surprise that he got to the top of numerous competitions, with many Canadian Champion titles under his belt. Intense and dynamic teacher, Zack has close at heart the success of his students, about which he cares as much as his own. Maryse has been the Canadian Swing Champion for the past three years and, on the dance floor, is easily spotted by her smoothness and the fine subtlety of her movement. As a teacher, she'll know how to get the perfection she seeks.
